Cancelation
Please note that there is a $40 cancellation fee for any session that is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or if the client fails to attend the session. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and schedule.
Payment method
The client is expected to provide payment via cash, Venmo, or check made out to Kaytence van Wingerden. Only after successful payment will the photo gallery be delivered.
refunds
No refunds are given after a completed session or once photos have been delivered, as the time and work have already been provided. While I do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to me. I value the opportunity to work with you, and I’d love to offer a discounted session to try and ensure you have a great experience and images you truly love.
reschedule
In the event of bad weather, rescheduling may be necessary for outdoor sessions. The photoshoot can be rescheduled at no additional cost. For circumstances outside of either my or your control, the photoshoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
